WELCOME to the Mace and Nairn online shop.
Mace and Nairn is a dedicated fast, efficient mail order service for traditional hand embroidery supplies.
I’m Wendy James, the current owner, who took the business over in 2000 when the shop in Salisbury was closing down, I know a great shame as it was an amazing ‘Aladdin’s cave’ for embroiderers which had been open since 1959.
Like the original owners Mrs Mace and Miss Nairn I trained at the Royal School of Needlework and, as they were, am always happy to discuss customers projects so please do call if you would like another embroiderers opinion.
I endeavour to continue Mrs Mace and Miss Nairn’s beliefs and values of sharing knowledge and experience while offering a friendly, reliable service.
